Connect to a Community that Cares

For example, in San Antonio: Our Peer Specialists help individuals join the San Antonio Clubhouse—a free, welcoming community that supports adults with a history of mental illness. Open weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM, the Clubhouse offers opportunities to volunteer, learn, build friendships, and regain purpose. Our Peer Specialists guide individuals through the onboarding process and follow up to ensure continued engagement.
Supporting Reintegration After Long-Term Care

In partnership with the Center for Healthcare Services, we support patients exiting the Texas State Hospital system as they move into shared housing.
